I ask him to put the car together that I can take it somewhere else to get written estimate he asked me to pay him $2,000 and if not he going to put a lien on the car so in order for me to get the car out I have to pay Mr Hutch either $5,000 for parts which I don't know what he going to buy with 5,000 cuz I never got estimate or to pay him $2000 for somting he never got authorization to do and to get my car all apart with a tow truck basically what

These guys need another star! After my boyfriend's car got snubbed by another car mechanic. These guy put in time and effort to make sure they cleaned up the mess up from the bad mechanic and made it right! The price to fix it all saved my pocket book. 10 out of 11. Thank you guys so so much!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent — friendly, transparent, and professional. The turnaround time was impressively fast without sacrificing quality. What really stood out to me was the honest pricing. No surprises, no upselling — just straightforward, trustworthy service. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their work and values their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional mechanic!

Do Not Go Here! I was charged $185 for a basic, unprofessional diagnostic without a full explanation of the issues with my car. The mechanic also gave me false information about a part, saying it needed to be programmed—something Mercedes later confirmed was not true. This place lacks honesty and transparency. Save your time and money.

These guys seem decent as individuals but as mechanics i feel like they might be a bunch of part changers who couldnt diagnose a broken light bulb without the aid of a computer/gadget. I was referred to them by an ex employee of theirs so i towed my car to them. I Left it there then the following day they told me that they didnt have the right tools to diagnose it & couldnt figure out the problem. They didnt even attempt to check any of the related parts for a potential simple fix. So i got another local guy on it and he was able to diagnose and fix it within 2hrs. I would highly not recommend these guys but If you have no other choice and would be content with some part changing bro's who have very minimal primitive diagnostic skills then consider them as a 2nd option at best.
